All orders are submitted or accepted subject to the Company's approval, which is evidenced by your acceptance of the order confirmation. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions:
Delivery Terms: Transportation costs will be charged on the invoice as specified in the order confirmation.
Orders will be fulfilled subject to stock availability.
Images, product specifications, and other information are provided for indicative purposes only. We reserve the right to make modifications that, in our judgment, constitute improvements, without such modifications giving the customer grounds for complaint.
Goods are transported at the customer's own risk, even when sold with delivery to the destination included. Customers are advised to inspect the condition of the goods, their weight, and the number of packages before accepting delivery, and to note any reservations in the event of discrepancies with the order.
Reservations, discrepancies, and complaints will be handled by our After-Sales Service Department (service@montolit.com).
Payments must be made within the agreed terms and according to the methods specified in the order confirmation accepted by the customer. Unauthorized deductions or rounding of amounts are not permitted.
Materials are guaranteed in terms of quality and workmanship and are covered by a civil liability insurance policy against manufacturing defects. In the event of a return, the following requirements must be met:
a) Prior authorization must be obtained from our After-Sales Service Department, which is also responsible for coordinating the related logistics.
b) The materials must exhibit evident manufacturing or quality defects, which must be specified on the delivery note (DDT) accompanying the returned goods. THE SAME DOCUMENT MUST ALSO INCLUDE THE REFERENCE DETAILS OF THE ORIGINAL SUPPLY (INVOICE NUMBER, DATE, ETC.), IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE TAX REGULATIONS.
c) Products found to be defective due to improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or adaptation for purposes other than those for which they were originally intended will neither be replaced nor repaired free of charge. Such products will remain available for collection by the customer for a limited period of time.
The warranty excludes any claims for damages or expenses of any kind.
Returns resulting from ordering errors are not accepted, except where specifically authorized by the After-Sales Service Department. In such cases, the goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and purchased within the previous 12 months. Any corresponding credit will be subject to deductions for applicable restoration, inspection, transportation, and administrative costs.
